- Travel grant application deadline: Friday, November 3, 2017, 5pm PST
- Travel grant awardees will be notified via email if selected to receive an award
- Awardees are required to attend the event in its entirety
- Awardees are responsible for booking travel and accommodations in order to attend the event
- Awards will be issued in the form of a reimbursement following the event
- Awardees are required to submit the proper reimbursement materials by the deadline
