Visit Viterbi 2024 Visit Viterbi Travel Grant Application

Apply for a travel grant by submitting the form below.

  • Travel grant applications are now CLOSED.
  • Students traveling from within the US, Mexico, and Canada are eligible to apply
  • You MUST be registered for Visit Viterbi to qualify (Event registration and the travel grant application are two separate forms)
  • Travel grant awardees will be notified via email if selected to receive an award.
  • Awardees are required to attend the event in its entirety
  • Awardees are responsible for booking travel and accommodations to attend the event
  • Awards will be issued in the form of a reimbursement following the event
  • Awardees are required to submit the proper reimbursement materials by the deadline (required materials and deadline information will be outlined in the email)
  • Note: The travel grant is intended to be an award to help supplement the cost of travel to Los Angeles for the event; it may not necessarily cover the full cost of your travel.
