The mission of the USC Viterbi School of Engineering's Office of Admission & Student Engagement (VASE) is to support the lifecycle of all Viterbi students (bachelor's, master's, doctoral and executive education). Our office is here to provide exceptional service to students from the time they are first considering the Viterbi School, to the time of completion and beyond.

Kelly Goulis
Senior Associate Dean, Viterbi Admission & Student Engagement
Kelly Goulis is responsible for providing leadership for the Office of Viterbi Admission & Student Engagement; the Bachelor's, Master's & Doctoral students, including admissions, scholarships/fellowships, retention, and student services. She also oversees the Executive and Continuing Education efforts for the Viterbi School. Kelly loves to spend time with her family, travel, hike, cook, and ski. She also is the advisor for the USC Hellenic Student Association (HSA).
Director, Department Affairs
Susanna oversees all financial aspects of the department and the front desk services. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.

William oversees the graduate recruitment activities for students entering the doctoral and master's programs on campus.
Diversity and Inclusion
Associate Dean, Corporate Engagement & Programs
Candace oversees programming and services for corporate clients and students. This includes Career Connections; graduate program recruitment for professionals, or those interested in pursuing their engineering programs via DEN@Viterbi; as well as continuing education programs available on site, on campus, or online.

Director, Doctoral Programs
Andy manages doctoral programs to provide support and programming services for doctoral students, as well as provide support for academic departments. He monitors academic progress and oversees the fellowship process.
Director, Master's Student Affairs
Nora oversees master's student affairs for on campus and DEN@Viterbi students. She oversees academic and administrative services including those coordinated with central offices to provide student services for all master's students.
