  • Travel grant application deadline: Friday, March 30, 2018, 5pm PST
  • Travel grant awardees will be notified via email if selected to receive an award
  • Awardees are required to attend the event in its entirety
  • Awardees are responsible for booking travel and accommodations in order to attend the event
  • Awards will be issued in the form of a reimbursement following the event
  • Awardees are required to submit the proper reimbursement materials by the deadline
