This event is open only to admitted master’s students and is not designed for PhD candidates. Registrations that do not comply will be canceled.

• TRAVEL GRANT APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!
• You must be registered for Visit Viterbi to qualify (the event registration and travel grant application are two separate forms).
• If selected to receive an award, travel grant awardees will be notified via email.
• Awardees are required to attend the event in its entirety.
• Awardees are responsible for booking travel and accommodations to attend the event.
• Awards will be issued as reimbursements following the event.
• Awardees are required to submit the required reimbursement materials by the deadline (details will be outlined in the email).
• Applicants are eligible for a travel grant for one USC Viterbi event only; If you have already received funding for another USC event, you are not eligible to apply and will not be awarded additional funding. DEADLINE TO APPLY: February 25, 2026 

Note: The travel grant is intended to supplement the cost of travel to Los Angeles for the event; it may not cover the full cost of your trip.
