The Graduate Student Government organized one of the most fun events last Friday, Casino Royale – Yacht Cruise. It was very well organized too.

We were taken in buses from USC to the dock, where we walked the red carpet and entered the yacht. Everyone was dressed in their best, ready for a fun-filled evening. The lower level of the yacht had casino tables, blackjack, craps and roulette. There were three other levels; one had beautifully organized tables where we could dine, the one above had a dance floor with the DJ spinning awesome tracks and the top most was the deck from where we could see the wonderful view of the coastline.

The best part of the casino tables was that it did not involve real money. So, we could play as much as we would like without the fear of the possibility to lose money. It was very exciting as we still felt happy when we won.

There was a photo booth too with a lot of props that we could use. We could get any number of photos clicked and they would print it out for us without any extra cost. We had to pay for cocktails but soft drinks were free!

When we went on to the deck, the beautiful view and serenity of the ocean that night, made us feel very calm and composed.

It was an amazing evening and we enjoyed it a lot!
