I always make sure to go through my newsletters cause you never know what might surprise you. Every time there was one constant thing that I would witness though – International Tea Time. I somehow never got around to checking it out but the other week, I was lucky enough to catch sight of it. The places being covered were China and Indonesia. Students from those countries put up different specialties of snacks and coffee/tea.

A small introduction is given and you can pick whatever you like. The snacks are spread across and we got the chance to taste a Rice Krispy cookie (kind of) treat, sorry but I was too busy relishing it to remember the name but next time for sure! Kopi luwak, was the one we got to experiment and initially we were skeptical but thank god that we decided to take the risk. It was really good coffee and when I looked it up on google I found that it was one of the most expensive coffees. The student representing that told us that the coffee is selected by a special animal that is released.

Not only coffee, there was a wide selection of tea which we couldn’t come around to trying. All in all, I’m glad that I landed up there and I can’t wait for the next one. Do check it out if you haven’t already!
