• You MUST be registered for Visit Viterbi to qualify (Event registration and the travel grant application are two separate forms)
• If selected to receive an award, travel grant awardees will be notified via email.
• Awardees are required to attend the event in its entirety
• Awardees are responsible for booking travel and accommodations to attend the event
• Awards will be issued in the form of a reimbursement following the event
• Awardees are required to submit the proper reimbursement materials by the deadline (required materials and deadline information will be outlined in the email)
• Applicants are eligible for a travel grant for one USC Viterbi event only; if you have already received one for another USC event, please do not apply.
• Note: The travel grant is intended to be an award to help supplement the cost of travel to Los Angeles for the event; it may not necessarily cover the full cost of your trip.
